Toys R US in Times Square. We were shocked at its awesomeness.

So because I failed at blogging this summer I am reporting this way late! Way back in May we were able to take a little trip(thanks to my sister-in-law Ann for her delta 2 for 1 coupon) to stay with Michaels sister Heidi Foss, and her lovely family in New York City. Michael and I had both been there separately, but this was our first time exploring it together. The Fosses live in this great upper east side neighborhood in Manhattan, and we were so grateful for their hospitality and superb tour guiding. We only stayed four days, but we packed each day with plenty of adventure/ exploring thanks to the Fosses suggestions and Michael's superb subway navigation skills. We were able to visit central park (aka see romantic sexy picture above), the museum of natural history(soo soo big, we need to go back to finish it), chinatown/little italy, Colombia University, Wall Street, Ground Zero, Times Square, and so forth and etc. We ate tons of great food , encountered many a strange folk, and had plenty of laughs. We are so grateful we had the opportunity to go (thanks Grandmas for watching our darling boy) and we hope to go back someday soon. It is one of my favorite places in the world.
